1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Veli Göç / Hucrem on the Apple App Store, regardless of their individual names. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this document.
2. Information We Collect
Our apps may collect the following types of data:
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, system language, device identifier.
- Usage Data: Crash logs, analytics events, performance data, app interaction data.
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): For non-personalized ad delivery via AdMob, only with your consent as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
- User-Provided Data: Only if you voluntarily contact us (e.g., support email).
- Purchase & Subscription Data: Transaction identifiers and subscription status processed through Apple In-App Purchase and Adapty. We do not store payment method details.
Some apps store the following data locally on your device only: user preferences, cached data, app settings, iCloud sync data (if enabled, remains private to you).
Important: All personal data is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud. We do not transmit personal information to our servers.
3. Sensitive Permissions
Some apps may request access to:
- Location Services: Used for relevant in-app features (e.g., map, prayer times). Not stored on our servers. Controllable via iOS Settings.
- Camera / Photo Library: Used for relevant in-app features. Media never leaves your device unless you personally export it.
- Microphone: Only when required by a specific in-app feature.
- Notifications: To send relevant app alerts. Disable anytime in iOS Settings.
- App Tracking (ATT): We may request permission to deliver non-personalized ads. You can always deny this.
All sensitive permissions are used locally and data is never uploaded to our servers.
4. How We Use Collected Data
- To operate and improve app functionality.
- To analyze usage trends and improve performance.
- To show non-personalized advertisements using Google AdMob (with your consent where required).
- To communicate with users who reach out for support.
- To provide personalized experience through local preferences.
- For crash reporting and performance optimization.
- To fulfill legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that may process limited data:
- Google AdMob – Non-personalized ads. (Privacy Policy)
- Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – Analytics and crash reports.
- Adapty – Subscription management and purchase validation. (Privacy Policy)
- Apple In-App Purchase – Processes all purchases securely through Apple's infrastructure.
- Supabase – Backend operations where required.
- External APIs – Location, market data, or other service APIs as required by individual apps.
These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.
6. Data Storage & Security
We do not store personal data on our own servers. All personal data is stored locally on your device (UserDefaults, Core Data, Keychain) or in your private iCloud.
Security measures include:
- Secure local storage using iOS frameworks (UserDefaults, Core Data, Keychain).
- HTTPS/TLS for all API communications.
- Regular security updates and compliance with Apple's guidelines.
7. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In accordance with Apple's ATT framework, our apps may request permission to track your activity. This is used solely to deliver non-personalized ads via Google AdMob. You have full control: you can deny this permission at any time. Denying does not affect core app functionality. Manage via iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some apps offer premium features via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
- All payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store any payment information.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions via iOS Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions.
- Adapty processes transaction identifiers, subscription status, and device identifiers to manage access. It does not collect your name, email, or payment details.
9. Children's Privacy
Our applications are designed for users aged 7 and above (age may vary per app). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. We comply with COPPA and Apple's children's app guidelines. Parents should supervise their children's app usage.
10. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request information about voluntarily provided data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of data associated with your usage.
- Opt-Out: Disable analytics or ad identifiers via iOS Settings.

- Local Data: Until you delete the app or clear its data.
- iCloud Data: Until you disable iCloud sync or delete the data.
- Analytics Data: Per Google Analytics / Firebase retention policies (typically 2–14 months).
- Support Emails: Retained only as long as needed to resolve your issue.
14. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed by third-party services located outside your country of residence. By using our apps, you consent to such transfers. We ensure adequate protection measures are in place.
