Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
Go to iOS Settings › [App Name] and make sure all relevant permissions (Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, Location) are set to "Allow." Then restart the app.
Inside the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.
Go to iOS Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. If the problem continues, please email us with your device model and iOS version.
Tap "Restore Purchases" in app settings. If this doesn't work, contact us with your Apple ID and the date of purchase and we will investigate.
